I am going to begin with a metaphor.


Imagine your car is seriously misbehaving...


It's lurching, stopping suddenly, and swerving all over the road.


You wonder why it's behaving so badly?


Could it be a bad tire...the road's fault...your driving skills??


You take it to a mechanic and he asks you, "What kind of gas do you use?"


To which you reply, "I've been using the leftover grease from the fast-food restaurant"!


This is of course a silly story...but many people go through a similar process with their bodies!
